Red notification circle on navigation pane is not showing up when there is a new notification.
Hello,
I have a user that has mentioned he is receiving email notifications, and the alerts are showing up in the notification center, but the red circle indicating a new notification within Smartsheet is not showing up when applicable.
Any ideas as to how to fix this for this user?

Could be a bug in the system. I recommend, rebuilding the automation and see if that fixes the issue.

@Leroy Noriega It is not for a specific automation, it is more for when he gets tagged in comments and such.

Go to Your account > personal settings > Notification > Check to see if all of the Email are checked

@Leroy Noriega But he is receiving emails, it is just the red dot indication within Smartsheet on notifications that there is a new notification.
