Smartsheet tab stopped working in MS Teams

Hello community, I really hope someone here can help me find a solution to my current problem. I recently added the smartsheet application to MS teams last friday. I was able to add one of my smartsheets as well as 3 more and it was a game changer when i was able to access my smartsheet within Teams. Came back to work over the weekend and on monday the smartsheet tabs were not showing up. I figured it was somehting simple as reloading the tab or maybe removing the tab and readding it back on. I even removed the app and added the app back on and i still get this error what i need to log into smartsheet, but the funny thing is that i am logged in. Its so frustrating and i hope someone smarter than me out there knows what is going on. Please Help! :)

    Have you tried to force quit teams and reopen it? Otherwise assuming you aren't the rep for your org's IT department, you may want to check their admin panel on the Microsoft side to make sure its not a permissions issue. Lastly, clearing cache and signing out of your smartsheet then trying to access it through teams and logging in may also fix the issue. Let me know if any of those 3 help!
