Row to Form Creation
![Brendan NZ](https://us.v-cdn.net/6031209/uploads/defaultavatar/nWRMFRX6I99I6.jpg)
Hi all,
I'm trying to set up our production planning schedule on Smartsheet. It looks like it is going to work well however I've got to an impasse...
My standard sheet has 15 columns with information necessary for every job. Every row is a different job.
What I need to be able to do is highlight a row, then print this row as a form. Can I do this? If so how?
Many thanks from down here in New Zealand

Hi Brendan,
You can right-click on a row and select Print to have your browser print the row in a vertical, form-style layout.
If you're looking for more detailed formatting options, you might consider using the Smartsheet Merge add-on with Google Docs. This will allow you to set up a Google Doc with all of the formatting you want, then merge sheet data to it. Details on this are avaialble in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/1850128-smartsheet-merge-add-on-for-google-docs
