Report Access - Names disappearing
Good Morning,
I have granted access to individuals to a report and the main sheet feeding the report. Yesterday, they were able to see their assigned information via current viewer and then the next day they are not. When I go back in their name is missing from the report section.
How does that happen and how do I resolve?

Can you explain a bit further what you mean when you say their name is missing?
Do you mean that the cells no longer contain their Contact? If so, this may have been removed by an Editor on the sheet. You can check the Cell History (right click on a cell) to see when this change may have happened.
If this hasn't helped, it would be useful to see a screen capture of what you're referencing, but please block out sensitive data such as emails or full names.
