Remove me from shared WorkApp

Is there a way that I can remove myself from a WorkApp that was shared to me (Similar to the way one can select "Remove Me from Sharing" on a sheet / workspace, etc)?

No, there currently isn't a way to remove yourself from a Workapp; you'll need to contact the Workapp owner and request to be removed from a Role.
