e-mail alert failure

hello

I have several Smartsheets that have automation included to send out alerts to my e-mail account however several have stopped working : these alerts are still dropping into the notification folder in Smartsheet. Would you suggest I delete and reapply the existing automations

    The fact that the notifications still appear suggests the automation is working. It might be a problem with the email. Before deleting the automations can you try looking in your spam folder for emails from Smartsheet? Or test the automation with an email address on a different domain?
