Hello,

I shared a link to access a form I created in Smartsheet. The end user completed the form. When I tried to access the responses, it indicated that there was one submission. I could not see the responses in the sheet itself. Thoughts? Please see attached.

Can you check if there's blank rows? You might have to scroll all the way down the page as new form submissions default to the bottom. This happens to me all the time too when I'm testing the sheet before submissions when I only clear the rows without fully deleting them.
