Predecessor Dependency Issue - Override

I am encountering an issue with dependencies in Smartsheet and would appreciate assistance.

Here’s the situation:

• Activity 11 has a Finish-to-Start relationship with both Activities 8 and 10. The start of Activity 11 should be dependent on the completion of both Activity 8 and Activity 10. However, instead of starting when both predecessors are completed, Activity 11 is starting based on the earlier of the two finish dates, which is causing problems with my schedule.

Do you have a screenshot you can share? It sounds like you have it set up correctly, so it'd help to see if anything else might be affecting it.
