Updating multiple automations at once

We would like to update multiple automations at one time. We have a form that pulls information into a master sheet for bullying reports. From that, the information will be automatically copied to the appropriate school report. We have automatic notifications when a new item is added(copied) to a report for each of our 56 schools. If we want to change the email message the schools receive, we need to update the exact verbiage 56 times. HELP!
