Notifications with no details

I've started getting notifications that just say "Please check your email for details."

The notification workflow automations in the projects have not changed.

Also, I don't have email notifications turned on, so I can't actually see any information about what the notifications are.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I get those when I have saved a sheet as a new sheet for a different purpose — and forgot to remove the workflow automation. The email is not helpful, but if you go to your Smartsheet account and open the Notifications symbol on the left, and then select the notice, it will display the name of the sheet:
