Time frame to Generate Row Document.

Hi All,

Running a simple 2 condition document generator however the document wont generate on save or refresh - this after some 40 minutes after all conditions met. Will run from the automations "Run Now Specific row" . Smartsheet Status has no outages & have logged out/ in document builder.

I'm assuming the timing on the automation is the same as all others (minutes). Do docs generate on save? should sheet be refreshed?. Any ideas or information greatly appreciated.

Yes, that doesn't sound correct. It should be created almost immediately when the command is triggered.

Can you elaborate on the triggers and share some screenshots? (Please delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

Hey Andree.

Always good to hear from you. Rightly or wrongly, I attached the mapping doc to the sheet and ran several test rows with success. I do not recall reading on any Smartsheet Document builder page on attaching to the sheet but glad I found an answer.
