downgrade / remove lic

hello ,

last month i added one user to have user lic i use to manage with one user i want to downgrade , i removed the Lic but still getting charged and am not able to see anywhere downgrade option its only upgrade.

    This may be in relation to what type of plan you may have upgraded to. For example, the Business Plan has a minimum of 3 licenses/members. This means that even if you remove a license from a user, you will still be charged for a minimum of 3 members.

    Hello Smartsheet Support Team,
    I am experiencing an issue with the billing for the past two months. I noticed that extra users were added to my account, which resulted in the bill being increased to $120 instead of the usual $72, even though I did not request any additional users.I have a plan for 3 users only, and I would like to confirm that my subscription should remain with these 3 users.Please review my account and correct the billing error.
