Request to Remove Additional Users from Account

Hello,

I am facing an issue with my monthly billing over the past two months. I noticed that my bill increased to $120 instead of the usual $72. It seems that additional users were added to my account, even though I did not request this.

I have a plan for 3 users only, and I would like to ensure that my subscription is limited to these 3 users.

Can you please help me with the following:

  1. Remove the additional users that were added without my request.
  2. Adjust the billing amount to match my original plan.
  3. Process a refund for any overcharges, if applicable.
