How can I easily show an automation in my Smartsheet SOP?

I want to show a visual or a description of an automation. Is there a way to screen-grab the whole workflow (without it ending up miniaturized and too small to read)?

Screenshot, describe and illustrate it step by step. Use a zoomed out version as a legend with each section being an area of the legend. Or scale the zoomed out version in a larger .pdf or workflow tool like lucid or mira zo you can click into the big image and move around as needed.
