How can i stop the automatic mails but keep the notifications in approval automation workflow
I created an approval automation workflow, if the employee add a request, this request will go to Line Manager for approval via e-mail and a system notification.
The line manager wants to approve the request via the notification but not from the E-mails, because LM will have lots of mails. so how can I stop the smartsheet send the mail approval and only have the notification? is it possible? thanks

As far as I know, it's not possible to do one without the other.
On the non-Smartsheet side of things, your line manager could set up a rule in Outlook to auto-delete, or move to a specific folder, any emails that include a specific subject line or email address.
