Help Needed with Report Ownership and Permissions Issue

Hi Smartsheet Community,

I’m experiencing an issue with a report on a dashboard . The report, which was created by someone who left, now shows an error stating "source report unavailable" due to permissions issues. I’m unable to transfer ownership of the report myself.

Can anyone advise on how to resolve this? I need to either regain access to the report or transfer ownership to fix the permissions issue.

If you are unable to get the report transferred over to you, you will need to recreate the report yourself and then update the widget accordingly.
