Exporting to MS Project

I am trying to export my SS project schedule and import into MS Project but Project is changing the start/end dates. I cannot figure out why this is happening. Please help!

There are many ways to update the actual start and finish dates in Ms Project, try the following.
- Select the Gant Chart view (View Gant chart) and the table is the Entry table (Table Entry) Select the task you want to update in the Task name field.
- Then select the Task Tab and select the Schedule group, click Update task.
- The Update Tasks dialog box appears, declare the Start & Finish dates for the Actual section and click OK.Entering the actual start or finish date for a task will change the execution time of the task, however, the planned date (baseline) is not affected and therefore it will create a discrepancy between the actual execution and the plan (Baseline).

Thanks but this is on import. It changed every single date in my project plan from Smartsheet.
