Is it Possible to Automatically Update a Dropdown Based on Booking Counts?

Hi there,

I need some input on setting up my workflow and I'm unsure if it's possible. I have a scheduling sign-up sheet where people sign up by date, and each date has a limited number of spots. I want the date option in the drop-down to be removed once the count of bookings for that date reaches "0."

Screenshot below for reference

I’ve considered using Datashuttle, but I need the dropdown to update based on a trigger, rather than on a schedule.

Is this achievable?

@Brittanyy If I was trying to create something like that I'd probably have something like a separate sheet with all the dates listed out with a calculation for how many slots are available and then an automation set up to move those dates to an archive sheet when the count reached 0.

Then I'd have a Data Shuttle offload / upload to dropdown flow set up from that sheet to update my dropdown options on the form sheet. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482755-dynamic-dropdowns-data-shuttle
