Is it possible to block dates from being selected in a Date Column?

I'm trying to enforce a 14 day buffer for a Due Date, and don't want the submitter to be able to select a date prior to that. Is there a way to block them (or grey them out) using a Date Column?

You can use conditional formatting to grey out a date that is entered it it is within the next 14 days.

This won't stop the user entering the date, but will show that it is not correct.

The dates in the Column show up as Grey, but not in the Calendar (see below) with the example above. Is there a way to show them as Grey in the Calendar?
