Request an Update: Un-editable Text Box

Hi everyone,

Looking for a little help with an issue that keeps occurring on multiple sheets.

I am creating an 'update request' trigger, to send to contacts in my sheet to update several text box cells within a row. I am including several specific text box fields for them to update in my customized message.

When my contact opens the request, they are unable to fill in the text boxes, they are just an un-editable '0'. Nothing is locked on these columns, and I cannot see any limiting variables within the field itself. Any idea what might be causing this?

Have you checked the automation permissions? You can access by going to the automation workflows on the sheet and clicking the settings icon in the top right.

Yes, I currently have it as 'unrestricted', so I wouldn't think there should be any access issues.
