Approval Button?

Is there any feature or anyway someone can think of that If I have a list of something as an attachment in a row or to a whole sheet that someone can click or note it as "approved" w/o the ability to change the approval status

Thanks for the link. I'm trying to set this up however its saying when rows are changed AND Account List Approval (column) changes to a specific label from my dropdown list "1st Version Sent".

I only want the approval request to be sent when the value in my column is changed to my dropdown label " 1st version sent." I do not want the approval request to be sent when ANY/Every row is changed. Is that possible?
