I am working on the Core App capstone and have a question about phrasing. What exactly is the difference between "Sheet formatting" and conditional formatting? I was able to execute the sheet formatting part using conditional formatting, but was curious if that was the intended path for success?

It's been a while since I've done that course so can't remember the questions exactly, but keep in mind for a sheet as well as conditional formatting similarly to other products there is also cell alignment, date formatting, number formatting as well as the standard text font, size and colour.
