How do you add an image into the comments bubble?

I'd like to include screen shots into the conversation I am sure it is simple however I can't work out how to do this?

Hi @Salosb You can add an image or screenshot into a conversation using the attachment feature. While in the conversation, select the paperclip icon and upload your "file".
