Can you Rename Tags

I was wondering if it's possible to edit tag names after they’ve been created. I’ve set up a few tags but realized I need to adjust their names. Is there a way to rename them, or would I need to delete and recreate the tags with the correct names?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
