Smartsheet for Insurance Claim Tracking?

Hi! I am wondering if there is a good Smartsheet template for tracking insurance claims? These are claims reported by our businesses (restaurants) and are Workman's Comp, Property, or Liability by Category. Looking to manage the claims including assigning collaborators, attaching files, tracking status etc.
