how do I design a smartsheet so I can see KPIs with sublevels per month in cardview?

Hello can you elaborate a bit more on your idea , how many kpi , how often to report , dashboard to be included ? General you could use Groups and use them as slicer going over them in your meetings.

Hi, I am a total newbie at smartsheet, but I would like to design a smartsheet so I can easily keep track on a lot of metrics that will be sent to me on a monthly basis. The actual data will be entered manually in the beginning so it is mostly # of % of etc per month and YTD if possible. The metrics will be grouped in different actitivities so I thought I could use the levels for that alternatively have a drop down list. I looked at the KPI smartsheet template but that was too advanced for me. It will not be linked to any scorcard. thanks

Hello , just for your interest , it is difficult to add your name as at least my chrome browser have difficulty to find the @å .

If you are open i can help you a bit, we developed many KPI System already. I offer you some free help to get you startet, you just need to send me a mail to nico.roepnack@lighthouseconsultings.com so we can agree on a time slot.

You could indent but i prefer to group and then select the groups , because i think its also important to define actions on missed target.

Hi Michelle, many thanks for your response. I have looked at the multicategory KPI template but I am a beginner at Smartsheet and it looked very advanced for my needs. Let me learn a bit more about Smartsheet and then I might come back to you, would be great if we could have a short meeting.
