Is there a way to have a form that can UPDATE an already existing row based on the Primary #?

I have a Primary column based on the Project ID. I want to have a simple form that will UPDATE (not add new) the existing corresponding Project ID's few columns.

Is this possible and how would I do it?

Forms can only be used to add rows. However, you can create a update request Automation which will send a link to a form that will update a row. Take a look at:

If you're expecting new information to be added to an existing row, you can create an Update Request workflow. You can set an appropriate trigger or manually send it out to a user.
