Support Director Contact? - Zero response from smartsheet for over a week

Hi all,

I am chasing the head of support to contact them regarding an upgrade issue. I have been attempting to contact support, however they just keep closing the ticket stating resolved when the problem is clearly not resolved.

As well as constant lies stating I will hear back from them before COB, then another week goes by with no response..

Can anyone supply a contact email for a Manager or Director?
