I have a dashboard that is tracking the progress of several projects.
My audience had requested a visual representation of where each project is in the PM Phases
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, Closure
I have created a sheet summary report that shows in words where each is
is but they want something like a progress bar, that advances to show where each is
Something like this. (excuse typo)
I was thinking a simple stacked bar graph would work but my question is how do I collect this?
A series of check boxes? A bunch of sheet summaries? Some sort of metric sheet?
