New owner receiving error message when trying to update automation created by previous owner
Hi, I am the new owner of my team's workspaces. I am trying to make some updates to the automations created by the previous owner (not longer with the team), but am receiving the error message "Sorry, we're having trouble reaching Smartsheet right now. Please check for any known issues…." I can make updates to the workflows I created just fine. I've also attempted duplicating the workflow, but I still received the same error message. I know I could manually recreate each one, but there are several, so I am curious if there is a workaround.
The reason I am doing this is because our automated messages still show the old owner's email as the sender. My supervisor requested that it be updated with mine. If there is another way to accomplish this, please share. Thank you!

@dred great to see you are working like a pro with smartsheet ! Did you try to save as a new sheet ? Would this work ? Did the user left the company ? Maybe you can take over the entire workspace or are you owner of all sheets , reports and workspace already ?
If my comment helps you, I appreciate a 💡
Kind regards
