Project resource Allocation for multiple time/allocation percentage for a single resource

When a project ABC need to be allocated to a resource XYZ with multiple allocations in a year, we need to do it multiple times. Would like to do this in a single allocation.

Eg. Allocate 20% in Jan, 30% from Feb-July, 70% from Aug - Oct and 10% from Nov-Dec. WE need to do this allocation 4 times, instead when we know this upfront to do the allocation, would like to do this in a single allocation to make it less cumbersome for managers with about 15 resources
