Unable to embed 360 tour to Smartsheet dashboard

Hi, I'm trying to embed a Ricoh360 image tour on a Smartsheet project dashboard. I'm receiving an error "unfortunately we could not find any embeddable content in this link".

I have tried both iframe and html. I know the link is correct since I'm able to embed in my website and other platforms.

I've searched the forum but haven't found this specific question. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

The Web Content widget only supports certain sites for embedding. richoh360 is not one of them. There's a list on this link toward the bottom of the article.
