Duplicate Dynamic View/Report Pair

Would like the option to duplicate a DV and the underlying Report it's paired with so that I can avoid manually recreating them every single time when the only thing I want to change about the view is the row filter in the underlying report.

I can't see an intentional reason for limiting me from doing that, as it wouldn't reduce the number of Views I have to make ("buy") to achieve desired result, just make it easier for me to utilize the feature to its fullest value.
