Way to see all workflows across all workspaces?

I have an issue where it appears i have an automation running somewhere but i cannot locate it. Is there a way to see all automations across all spaces or do i have to go sheet by sheet to find it?

Nope. Can't look at one comprehensive list of automations, that I've found. I've found it helpful to give each automation a name/number when an automation pushes out (that you collect in a sheet you separately maintain) so that you can refer to that number when you need to troubleshoot.
