Hello,

I'm trying to find a formula to fin the time it take for an individual to submit a form from "Start time" to "Ticket closed time" is a HH:MM format (24hr time) If its easier id also be happy for it to simply be in minutes. I've attached a screenshot of my sheet. Thank you.
