How to exclude data from Data Shuttle when updating dropdowns

I have data shuttle setup to update dropdowns in a sheet on a daily basis. It is a list of equipment housing in our ERP system. There are certain pieces of equipment, 5 in total, that we would like to exclude from the dropdown list because they are not owned by our company but we need them in the master file because we need to track fueling for them. Is there a ways for data shuttle to filter those 5 items out when updating the dropdown list? If not are there any other creative ways of doing this?

Yes, in the Data Shuttle workflow you can apply filters that won't import certain data. It's one of the settings screens.
