Change is often daunting but if we do it together and are mutually supportive often the results achieved are far greater than we ever expected. It is an opportunity to surprise ourselves and other on just what can be achieved. Positivity is key.

Rather than looking at everyone around me as a potential threat, I look at them as potential friends. You just never know when you are going to have a conversation with a stranger that may change your life, or at least brighten your day!
