Idle sheets Report

There should be an option for admins and users to get a report of sheets they've not accessed for more than 90 days or so, so that admin can notify them, they can review and delete those.

As per support, there is no such option available. Smartsheet retention is not what I am looking for, I am looking for a report or an option in admin portal.
