How can I only highlight the cell that changed, not entire row when highlighting changes in report?

It should only highlight the cells that changed, not the whole row.

If you think it's highlighting cells that it shouldn't, you can confirm by right clicking on the cell and viewing the cell history to confirm whether it was in fact changed during the "Highlight changes since" timeframe.
