Trying to redirect to a second form following answer in a primary form

Hello,

I created a sheet with a form , there is a specific field and following the answer in the field , i would like to have a redirection to a second one linked to this field.

Ex : sheet Project , with a specific field Domain , if Digital is entered , a line is created in the second sheet linked to the domain digital and a second form is opened with the specific projects informations linked to this digital domain.
