Workflow - Generate Document - New Row Added from a Form
My workflow is as follows:
When a new row is added (via form submission) and the "Type" field is a specific selection, e.g. "Business Operations", generate the document "SSV_Business Operations". See screenshot. However, the form is not being generated. What am I missing??

**It is working now…I'm unsure why it wasn't generating the forms for a bit…maybe a glitch. It seems to be working now.
