Q1) When you add a new column to my Masterfile, do I then have to go to all my Individual Project List and add that column to everyone's Project List?

Q2) I also noticed that once I have added that new column to my Masterfile, it grayed out the column to the left of it, disabling the link, how do I now enable that link so that date from the Individual Project List will link their data back to my Masterfiel?
