I see that another member has responded on a separate post with the Support Portal information and link - this can be found from the top navigation bar of this page under "Support", here in the Community! You can also contact Support directly from within the application, under the ? mark on the left, depending on your plan type.

However if the support you need is related to billing or account payment, the link above is how I would recommend reaching out as it will be routed to the correct department (Support is for technical support of the application).

I remember answering one of your questions last month about possible missing items.

• Can I confirm that the login screen you're using is for the correct version of Smartsheet?
• Are you using .EU or .COM?
• Is it possible that one account is paid for (e.g. .COM), but one (e.g. .EU) is not?
