Hello,
I am encountering an error message when attempting to save new data on a sheet. The error messages says:
"We are having trouble reaching smartsheets." then information on putting in a ticket followed by these error codes:
FormName: ajax
formAction: fa_grideSave
httpStatus: 503
Any thoughts? I am pitching smartsheets to my larger team today and this isn't a good look if it's not working. I have put in a ticket but no answer yet. Thanks!
