I cannot transfer ownership of a sheet to a licensed Admin user.
I want to transfer two sheets from my personal account to an admin account that owns all of our sheets in the company. The admin account is a licensed user, and is currently listed as an Admin on the sheets in question. However when I try to give that account Ownership via my own account I see a crossed out icon when I hover that account in the sharing window. When I click on the admin account in the sharing window, I see every option except "make the owner". I also just tried to remove that admin account entirely (clicking the x next to that account) to re-add it and received the error "You cannot edit the share of an owner". It is not an owner it is just an admin but I still get that error.
Then when I login to the admin account to try and take ownership that way, I get that same crossed out icon I had before when I hover over the admin account or my own account in the sharing window (my own account is the current owner of the sheet).
I haven't seen anything indicating this issue on here. Both sheets are within a workspace that is owned by the admin account but these sheets were owned by another user who lost their license which prompted this transfer. I logged into my own account and had to take ownership of it, but as soon as I took ownership (just to transfer the ownership to the admin account) I had this issue.

No luck on that first article since I tried those. The second article just took me to a support page, is that different than this?
Thanks!

Are you able to provide some screenshots?
The support page is different from this. This is just a place for users to interact with each other. The support portal gets you in touch with actual Smartsheet employees.

Whoa! I have been working in Smartsheet now for 5 years so Paul you have helped me a TON already on these forums, so thanks in advance!
The screenshots are attached. I am absolutely stumped and no documentation seems to call this out either. Just to reiterate both accounts are licensed and have Admin or higher permissions. This is affecting two different sheets, however they are coincidentally in the same Workspace which is owned by the admin account.

Unfortunately I am going to have to suggest reaching out to support for this one.
