How to send individual update requests?

Is there a way to make sure it sends the update requests individually? Right now, when a contact is assigned to a specific row, an automation sends an alert to that person to complete additional blanks in that row for several fields. The thing is, we want it to send those requests individually but it is sending bulk requests.

The message has placeholder text within it. Also, it seems that even if bulk assignment is not used, but the assignments of the contact to the row are within a day or two, they are bulked together, but the person receiving those really needs each one to be received individually. How can I do that?

If you want to make sure that email is individual and not bulky you can add to the subject or email body the {{DATA}} where data will be something unique (like name of a person etc.) in that case each update request will be send as separate email.

Sample:

"Dear {{column with a name of the person}},

Please be aware….. etc. "
