Unable to Download Attachments
Morning all,
I'm having issues downloading attachments whilst using the app today. I go through the process but it doesn't dl the doc. Using the browser version is fine though, but I'd prefer to avoid this workaround if possible.
I have closed the app and reopened, but the issue remains.
Based in Aus and on an Enterprise plan if that makes any difference.

Thanks for your reply.
However, this now gets stranger. I worked from home yesterday and was able to download attachments in the app. Back in the office today, and the problem is back. I click on download and get no progress on any option, either straight download from the sheet nor opening the attachment and then trying.
Browser version still works fine.

@PM_Reeves could it be that your IT Department in the office is somehow blocking file downloads from the apps for the security reason?
Maybe you could do some testing by connecting to different network that does not have your company policy etc.

I just tested on my app: Mac Version 1.0.51 and downloading attachments work without any issues.
Can it be that your attachments are too big? What happens when you try to download?

That seems to be the case, but the thought never occurred to me until today. I just assumed it was a Smartsheet error which was resolved, but no.
