Being able to quickly view project progress in a Report is a key feature. Can this please be implemented.

Allow us to make all (not one by one) of the percent complete portion of the bar so it's darker than the % not complete bar? It's really confusing the way it pops up. I've tried to change several conditional formatting settings and no dice.
