Restrict view

I am using Smartsheet to create a ticketing system for our HR department. As inquires come in I will assign tickets to the appropriate person. I want each staff member to be able to view the tickets assigned to them without seeing tickets assigned to other people. The director and I need to be able to see the details of all tickets. Is there a way to do this without dynamic view? I wasn't sure if there was a way to create a sheet for each person but have the updates reflect on a master sheet.

You can use reports to show each staff member only the tickets assigned to them, all pulling from the same master sheet. Any updates they make will reflect on the master sheet in real-time. The director and you can access either the full master sheet or a report showing all tickets. This keeps things organized without needing multiple sheets or Dynamic View.
