Proofs notifications when inviting contributors

Hi, Is there any way to change the invite notifications to an hourly or daily notification rather than every time an invite is sent?

I am getting negative feedback from people as they are getting too many invite notifications. We use the proofs for construction drawing commentary and this is turning design teams off interacting with it.

Yes. Try "When a Date is Reach" then "Custom" instead of "Run On", then select the days and times you wish your automation to run. Is it every day at 9am? Then set it to be daily, and then select your time.
